Two key approaches in our work are Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). These evidence-based methods use meditation and education to help individuals build resilience, reduce stress and anxiety, and face life’s challenges with greater ease and adaptability. MBSR, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, combines mindfulness meditation with practical skill-building. Tobi, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and she incorporates a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection into therapy.
